Before co-founding Vibanc, Owen served as the CFO of Certn, where he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from its early days to a global leader in background checks and KYC/AML services. Under his financial leadership, Certn grew from a startup to a company valued at over half a billion dollars, solidifying its place as one of North America’s fastest-growing tech firms.

Owen’s M&A experience is extensive, having successfully led numerous transactions that have created significant value for stakeholders. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and identify strategic growth opportunities has made him a trusted advisor and partner in the business world.

In addition to his role at Vibanc, Owen is an active investor and advisor, leveraging his financial acumen to help other high-potential companies achieve their growth objectives.
