Vibanc Partners Inc. ("Vibanc", "we") is based in Victoria, British Columbia, with a presence in Toronto. This policy covers vibanc.com.

When you apply for access we collect your name, work email, firm name, role, province or state, deal side, typical deal size, team size, the products you are interested in and your consent to receive email. We also record the page you applied from, the referring site and any campaign (UTM) parameters in the link.

We use this to decide onboarding order and to email you about the platform. We do not sell it.

We use HubSpot to manage contacts and email, and to understand how visitors use the site. HubSpot sets cookies and may process data in the United States.

We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. It sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, device and approximate location.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

We only email you if you give express consent, as required by Canada's anti-spam law. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also write to hello@vibanc.com and we will remove you.

Application data is stored with our hosting provider and protected by access controls. We keep it until you ask us to delete it or until it is no longer needed for onboarding.
